We provide a full range of design, engineering and project management services for buildings, transportation and other infrastructure programmes.
As part of our Middle East business strategy, we are currently looking for an experienced asset management professional with a minimum of 5-10 years applied experience to provide asset management technical advice to our Client in KSA.

The responsibilities include the following activities and deliverables:
  • Lead clients through the development and implementation of core asset management processes such as policy, strategy, investment prioritisation, life cycle analysis
  • Development of asset specification for all Assets
  • To provide technical input to the management for the consideration of the structure and level of variable track access changes and provide engineering input to the management regarding the review and development of technical standard
  • Define a focused strategy and communication / marketing support information to inform Key account managers of the service line
  • Identify innovative go to market strategies for creating new client / market opportunities
  • Accurately assess clients un met needs and identify the required level of effort ( resources / costs) to define our offers.
  • Demonstrated an ability to synthesize information across customer feedback channels, prioritize improvement efforts, and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and decisiveness. 
  • Understand the clients needs to provide awareness and understanding of requirements to the groups SMEs to articulate the software design, development, and implementation requirements
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems
  • Support client assessments against standards such as ISO55000 and provide support through ISO55000 implementation programs


  • Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Engineering
  • Rail/Metro experience is essential
  • Arabic (native); Fluent English (second language) preferred
  • Strong passion for client service delivery and collaborative team work.
  • Deep exposure to KSA/ GCC region and adjacent markets
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
