Project Manager - Faithful+Gould

The role profile for the position is listed below for your reference:

The primary objectives are to verify that:
• Client's project matters and workplace needs are being attended to.
• Progress of projects, programme and property management are being managed.
• Proper documentation are in place for projects and programmes.

To summarise, F+G will support Client in undertaking the following:

• FM Project Management
o Deal with project stakeholders to obtain project requirements for preparation of technical and commercial proposal.
o Assist to pre-qualify facility contractors before issuance of bid documents.
o Work with facility contractors to obtain technical and commercial proposal and carry out proposal review with project stakeholders.
o Liaise with purchasing to ensure final proposal accepted are in compliance with procurement process and FM contract obligations.
o Prior to execution of site work, ensure HSE documents (5 packs) submission are in place and duly signed off by HSE and area owners.
o Manage project execution to ensure work are completed within the agreed project timeline.
o Prior to project close out and handover to building managers, ensure facility contractors submit the handover documents (i.e. as-built drawings, product warranties, operation & maintenance manuals, building permits and professional engineers’ endorsements).
o Oversee that all job sheets are signed off by project owner before project handover and final payment.

• Workplace Planning & Management
o Responsible for office workplace planning and project implementation matters.

• Document Management
o Support in regional project documentations matters which include management of handover documents such as as-built drawings, duct warranties, operation & maintenance manuals, building permits and professional engineers’ endorsement.
o Support on dissemination of project documentations (drawings and permits etc) when required.
o Support to maintain electronic database stored under the website.

• Project Tracking & Monitoring
o Support in tracking and management of local and regional workplace projects using tools and approved template
o Validate site progress with External Consultant to ensure alignment with project schedule
o Support in preparation of Facilities Project Monthly Report

• Programme and Property Management duties as assigned
o Support in preparation of Capital Scheme submission
o Support to maintain APAC Global Structure Integrity Plan
o Lead the FM employee survey program
o Formulate the FM service improvement strategy which include site enhancement proposal
