Project Execution Plan (PEP):

Assist the Project Office Support & Logistics Manager to ensure that the Project has an effective plan (i.e. policies, procedures, forms, tracking tools, report formats and work instructions) to manage security pass applications
Implement the plan regarding security pass applications

Main Responsibility:

Day-to-day handling of security pass application packs for all appointed subcontractors
Day-to-day handling of security pass application packs for the Faithful+Gould project management team
Day-to-day interaction with senior members of the Passes Department within the Prime Contractor’s organisation

Other:

Assist the Project Office Support & Logistics Manager to ensure that the Project Office is administered in-line with company policies and procedures, including: IT provision; office health, safety and security; use of company vehicles and drivers; etc.

Communications and Working Relationships:

Day-to-day interaction with the Prime Contractor’s Project Delivery Manager to obtain signature on security pass application packs and to highlight any problems occurring
Day-to-day interaction with the Prime Contractor’s Permit Managers to formally submit security pass applications on behalf of Subcontractors
Occasional interaction with the Prime Contractor’s Senior Permit Manager to handle the permanent passes of the Faithful+Gould project management team
Reports directly to the Faithful+Gould Project Office Support & Logistics Manager
Interacts daily with other members of the Faithful+Gould Logistics Team
Interacts as-needed with other members of the wider Faithful+Gould project management team
Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory to satisfy the main responsibility of this role

Qualification:

Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Able to read and write fluently in Arabic
